The door breaks open and they push you to the ground
Though you stay calm, your face says:

Bruise or bleed it, I don't feel it
Burn this body out
Are you looking for denial?

They keep you in a little, darkened room
No real bed, without a window
You pray to God when they bring you up
You tell the truth but it's not enough

Feared like an animal, a criminal to blame
